The 2009 Rip Curl GromSearch is heading to Cimaja
On the 5th of July, Rip Curl is once again going on the Search for Indonesia´s hottest Grom.
The location for Rip Curls GromSearch stop number 4 is Cimaja, West
Java. A beautiful set up on the coast that offers beautiful waves and
great conditions.
Being the home of surfers like Dede Suryana, current top 10 ISC
Surfer, the western coastline is a promising location for the future of
Indonesian surfing.
Rip Curl Asia along with fellow sponsors, Fren, Skull Candy, Eat
Sleep Surf (ESS), Light Surfboards, Yayasan Gelombang Udara Segar, Trax
Magazine, Surf Time Magazine and Coca Cola ISC will host this year´s
event in Search of a future talent to represent Indonesia on an
International level.

forever searching for the best way to look after the most important

The Rip Curl GromSearch series is all about giving male and female
surfers the chance to surf with their friends in a fun environment. At
the same time it gives grommets great competitive experience and allows
selected winners to compete for a trip to the Rip Curl Pro Surf &
Music Festival at Bells Beach, Australia in March next year.
GromSearch has seen some awesome talent, including past winners
